Explain one movement

Answer in three or four clear sentences.

Use elbow flexion or shoulder abduction. Name the motion, one muscle involved, the bones or joint it moves, and the role of a tendon.

Build the chain: muscle contracts → tendon pulls bone → joint position changes.
